03-Apr-2024 – Confess with your mouth to experience the manifestation of the word you believed
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. -Romans 10:10
This is a very important memory verse that is remembered in the proclamation of the gospel message. This verse talks about a spiritual principle. With heart a man believes the word of God he received for righteousness. And with his mouth he will declare it, publish it and pronounce it unto salvation.
Now, when we do a little bit deeper about righteousness, what does that actually mean? ability to do absolutely the right thing, the sight of the Lord, and in a given situation is righteousness or being justified.
Also, lets understand what does salvation mean. Salvation means, being protected from falling into a danger or destructive situation, or being rescued from a dangerous or potentially dangerous situations. It could be either physical or spiritual.
Now, when we get back to the word completely, in the heart we will believe the word he received in a given situation from God. When he believes it, it will be counted as righteous in that situation.
For example, In the month of November 2023, God spoke to my through the word and prayer to compile a daily devotional. I believed it in my heart, and it is considered as righteousness in the sight of God.
Then when God revealed through the watch night service in our church regarding the 12 baskets for 12 months, I remembered about the devotional and confessed with my mouth in the presence of God (not before men), yes Lord, I can compile and I will compile, as you will be with me.
From then onwards 93 days were passed, and today is 94th day and God saved from laziness, forgetfulness, guilt, lack of understanding, confusion and many things that would have a stumbling block to press forward in the God given assignment. Even when this devotional could not reach many people, God delivered and saved me from that thought of discouragement.
Now, definitely the fruit of that salvation I will receive. Which is a completed list of devotionals for a period of one year. I don’t know how God uses it, But when he gives an assignment, he takes care of it’s progress and result.
In your situation also, understand this principle and apply in your life’s practical situations. Publishing or confessing what you believed is very important to experience, it’s manifestation.
Prayer
Dear loving heavenly Father, thank you for your love and grace. Thank you for teaching this wonderful spiritual principle to be a victorious believer in this world. It is true that you will send your word to us, because you are seeing our life and situations. But to experience the manifestation of those words, I need faith in my heart and courage in mouth to publish it. Help me to have both and live as a testimony for your glory! I pray in the name of my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
