Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:6,7

In the course of our life on this earth, our journey is not smooth but will definitely have situations where we don’t have answers or solutions. We may feel like if someone intervenes for good and solve our problems. But this word encourages us not be anxious in these situations but submit your requests, issues and problems to God in prayer and supplications but with a thankful heart.

Before getting into the subject, let’s just take a birds eye view of our life. For an easy understanding I grouped 10 years into one block. In this, we are only focusing on the high-level interesting things for people of this age group.

1. Primary: 0 – 10 years
   1. Gifts, Chocolates, Prizes in school, Toys and Food.
2. Young: 11 – 20 years
   1. Friendships, Education, Sports, Cloths, Gadgets, Fun, Internet
3. Adult: 21-30 years
   1. Relationships, Career, Financial baby steps, Addictions, Hero worship, Politics, Movies, Baby steps in relationship with God.
4. Experienced: 31 – 40 years
   1. Family, Children, Parents, Career, Financial Commitments, Loans, Assets, Responsibilities, Addictions, Personal relationship with God
5. Mature: 41 – 50 years
   1. Family, children career settlement, thoughts about financial stability, improved spirituality based on experiences, current affairs
6. Old: 50 – 60 years:
   1. Children’s marriages, relationships, financial stability, involved in spiritual matters, current affairs
7. Older: 60 and later
   1. Loneliness, possible departure of life partner, no one cares your opinions, current affairs, health issues, more involved in spiritual matters.

Based on this distribution, all through the life, we will worry about something or other. But based on our age, the priority and the subject will change. But our God is good God, faithful God and loving God. He will never leave us or abandon us.

In every stage, whether you are in a Sunday school age, youth group age or a life group age, God is good. you can share your problems to your loving God. If a child is anxious about having a mickey mouse cake on his/her birthday, a sincere prayer would definitely make it happen.

Because, for the heavenly Father, that child is important and our God is living and loving God. In the same way a young man or woman got confused regarding a relationship and stressed out. But as he was taught in his youth groups, when he prays for the same issue, our loving Lord will definetely opens his mind and ways for the best thing in his life.

To live like this, we need to believe that our Lord is good. To believe, we need to taste at least once that the Lord is good. To taste at least once, we need to stand by faith in at least one situation in our life. That’s why have faith and know that the Lord is good!

Prayer

Dear loving heavenly Father, thank you for your love and grace. Thank you for helping me to learn how in every stage of my life, you are taking care of me. Thank you for letting me know how much you loved me even from my childhood when I don’t know consciously about you. Help me Lord to have faith in you and lead my life according to your best plan for me! I pray in the name of my Lord and savior Jesus Christ, Amen!
